Making a moderation decision

Moderation decisions should be made in consensus with all other moderators. Moderation decisions should preferably be logged, tho we do not have a set place yet where this can happen.

Onboarding a new moderator

1. Add them to the Moderation channel on Matrix
2. Give them moderation rights in all relevant services
   1. Mastodon
   2. Matrix (#hakken and #general)
3. Write their name on the wiki page
4. Announce the change on community channels & mastodon

Offboarding a moderator

1. Remove their moderation rights in all relevant services
   1. Mastodon
   2. Matrix (#hakken and #general)
2. Remove them from the Moderation channel on Matrix
3. Remove their name from the wiki page
4. Announce the change on community channels & mastodon
